Reimagining and Conceptualising the Curriculum

IGE works with schools to develop, review and write curriculum. This involves revising and reimagining curriculum to be structured within in a conceptual framework. This involves using the IGE models for developing conceptual curriculum.

Interactive Learning Modules

This module will look at the role of concepts in teaching and learning and how  conceptually driven units provide students with the opportunity to move from knowing to understanding. It will explore the difference between teaching through facts and teaching through concepts and assist educators in understanding the importance and need for the shift towards a conceptually driven curriculum.

Focussed Collective Learning

Focussed collective learning is a coordinated approach that enables small groups to focus systematically and collectively on their educational needs, learning as individuals and as a team through the process.
